Yes, we provide complete spare parts catalog including extruder screws, barrels, die heads, heater bands, bearings, seals, hydraulic pumps, PLC controllers, and all machine components with 48-72 hour global delivery. Our spare parts are manufactured to OEM specifications ensuring compatibility and performance.

Standard terms: 30% advance with order, 70% before shipment. We accept TT, LC at sight, and CAD for established clients. Spare parts: 100% advance for orders below USD 2,000. We also offer flexible payment terms for qualified customers based on credit evaluation.

Our machines are ISO 9001:2015 certified with CE compliance for European markets. We provide complete quality documentation including test certificates, calibration certificates, and compliance reports. All machines undergo rigorous quality checks before shipment.

We provide a standard 12-month warranty on all machinery from the date of installation or 18 months from the date of shipment, whichever comes first. Extended warranty options are available. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and includes technical support during the warranty period.
