Yes, we provide comprehensive installation support including remote video guidance, detailed manuals, operator training programs, and optional on-site engineer deployment for major installations.
What shipping terms are available?
We offer FOB (Free on Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight), and Door-to-Door delivery. Shipping from major Indian ports including Mumbai, Chennai, and Mundra. Air freight available for spare parts.

Yes, our manufacturing partners provide CE certification for machines exported to European markets. ISO 9001:2015 quality certification is standard for all products and spare parts.
What are the minimum order quantities (MOQ)?
For plastic machinery, we accept single unit orders. For spare parts, minimum order value is USD 500. Engineering items MOQ varies based on manufacturing complexity. We work with both small and large buyers.

Yes, we offer customization services for blow moulding machines, injection moulding machines, and printing equipment. Custom features include special mould sizes, automation integration, multi-layer systems, and specific control configurations.
What warranty do you provide on machinery and spare parts?
Machinery comes with 12 months warranty from date of shipment covering manufacturing defects. Spare parts have 6 months warranty. Warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or unauthorized modifications. Extended warranty options available.

Yes, complete technical documentation is provided including operation manuals, maintenance guides, electrical circuit diagrams, spare parts catalogs, troubleshooting guides, and safety instructions in English.
Can I visit the factory before placing an order?
Absolutely! We encourage factory visits and can arrange tours of our partner manufacturing facilities in Mumbai and other Indian industrial hubs. Video factory tours are also available for international clients.
